By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue using the App.

2. What are the rules and requirements for using the App?
To use the App safely and legally, you must comply with the following restrictions:

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App and its AI-assisted communication features.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code; distribute spam, abusive, or harassing content; or impersonate any person or entity.

Platform Compliance: Because our App functions as a web wrapper, you must also adhere to the official terms of service of any third-party messaging platforms you access through our interface.

3. How do in-app purchases and premium subscriptions work?
The App offers core features for free, alongside optional "Go Premium" auto-renewing subscriptions to unlock advanced AI tools.

Billing: Payments are processed securely through your Google Play Store account (or Apple App Store account) at the confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you disable auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly in your device's app store account settings. We do not process direct refunds; refund requests are subject to the policies of the respective app store.

4. Who owns the intellectual property and third-party content?

Our App: S2SOFT INFOTECH LLP retains all rights, title, and interest in the App, including its original code, design, features, and branding.

Third-Party Trademarks: The App acts as an independent third-party utility. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other messaging service. "WhatsApp," "Messenger," and related marks are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

5. How are AI features and automated tools handled?
The App utilizes secure third-party AI APIs to power smart replies, voice-to-text, and custom sticker generation.

AI Accuracy: AI-generated text and transcripts are provided "as is." We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, reliability, or context-appropriateness of the AI outputs.

User Responsibility: You must not use the AI features to generate or distribute illegal, defamatory, or harmful content. You remain solely responsible for any messages, auto-replies, or media you send using our automation tools.

6. What are the disclaimers of liability and warranties?

"As-Is" Basis: The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

Liability Limit: To the fullest extent permitted by law, S2SOFT INFOTECH LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, or account suspensions from third-party platforms resulting from your use of the App.

7. How can this agreement be terminated?

By You: You may terminate this agreement at any time by utilizing the "Delete Account" feature in the settings (if you created one) and uninstalling the App.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use.

8. How will you be notified of changes to these terms?
We may update these Terms of Use occasionally to reflect new features or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
